top flap stays & hinges

A multi-functional mechanism for top opening doors (e.g. top box), doors lifted open (e.g. ottoman, toy-box) and door open downwards (e.g. bureau).
This universal fitting holds the door open (depending on it's adjustment), brakes the door as it drops or holds it in intermediate positions. It can be used on either the left or right hand side.
A bracket required when using the stay with the AF & SAF range of aluminium frame doors is available (FSUB). The stay can be used without a bracket on the WFA range of aluminium doors but extreme care must be taken when screwing in to the door.

This range of top flap hinges are sold in pairs with one side sprung and one unsprung
