The easy-fit hinge is a system allowing a standard kitchen fascia to be installed over a freestanding washing machine, tumble dryer or similar appliance. Intended for 597mm wide door fascia up to 22mm thick. Can be mounted left or right hand.
The easy fit hinge comes with full installation instructions. The fittings pack contains :
1 x 6mm mild steel angle
2 x face frame hinges
6 x combi screws (4x15)
2 x countersunk carcase screws (4x30)
1 x plastic stopper block
NB.
Leave a standard 600mm aperture as if a base carcase was to be installed.
Check depth of the appliance to determine the width of the worktop. 650mm width worktops are recommended.
When handing, give thought to soap dispenser drawer etc. as it may catch the cabinet facia if it is within 25mm of the edge of the appliance.
Not suitable for dishwashers or similar appliances with downward opening doors.

The clever soft lift mechanism opens a top lift door with smoothness and ease. Easy to install with the front panel adjustment ensuring a perfect fit, and even cornice designs pose no problem.

Care should be taken when using next to larder cupboards with cornice on, as soft lift has a very wide opening angle.

Concealed cabinet hangers should be used to allow full movement of Soft Lift mechanism.

A compact stylish hinge system designed for use with folding doors. When fitted this system allows doors to glide smoothly open and shut at a steady pressure, whilst offering maximum access to the cupboard space. The mechanism is easy to install, with fitting instructions supplied with the product, and there is no requirement for unsightly sidetracks to be fitted. Finished in a contemporary stainless steel effect finish, providing aesthetic appeal.

Designed for use with 2x 355mm (high) doors on a 720mm unit ( Note: - not suitable for any other height of door). The shelf should be set back minimum 25mm from the front of the carcase. Cabinet doors should have a minimum 45mm wide frame or a solid back.

Note - the doors are fitted together using a bracket and it is recommended that SPAX countersunk head 4 x 16 or Euro screw with countersunk head 6.3x15 are used.

This ingenious system allows 2 doors to lift and fold easily. Useable on doors of over 320mm height, it is ideal for 2x 355mm doors on a 720mm high wall unit. Supplied in kit form the pack includes relevant number of gas lifting hinges, cabinet hinges, sliding blocks, track, adhesive finger protection strip, door hinges with mounting plates, connecting hinge plates.

Please note that the door handle should be fitted on the lower door as close to the central hinges as possible.
Where this system is to be used in a unit over 1200mm wide, a gas piston lifting assembly should be used at both sides (GLS320T has 2 pistons).
Allow 250mm internal depth.
The recommended hinge drilling positions may need to be adjusted depending on cabinet hanging method.
Although the piston can be fitted on either side, by placing it on the left hand side of the cabinet it is easier to dismantle, if so required.
Shelf sizes may need to be reduced to allow the hinge to function.
